Project scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, deliverables and payment terms are established in the applicable quote, proposal, order or service agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content and materials needed to complete their project, and for ensuring they have rights to materials they provide.

Payments

Fees, deposits, recurring charges and refund terms are governed by the applicable service agreement, invoice or order terms.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, email, payment processors, software platforms and other third-party services may be subject to separate provider terms, availability and fees.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of project work are determined by the applicable written agreement. Pre-existing tools, templates, software and third-party materials remain subject to their existing rights and licenses.
